Art Basel Miami Beach / Cultural institutions
Thirteen events. One museum. One week.
As the lead for an exclusive museum caterer, April coordinated thirteen events at The Bass during a single Art Basel week, carrying each from first client introduction through proposal, walkthroughs, floor plans and day-of logistics. She went on to manage food, beverage and event operations at The Bass and Superblue, and to design F&B concepts for museum cafes, Art Basel and holiday programming.

Formula 1 Miami / Race week
Hospitality at race pace.
Race week compresses a season of hospitality into a few days: suites, brand houses, late nights and guests who have seen everything. Hospitality Queen and LuxeSip Co. have worked the week across food and beverage, VIP service and premium bar operations, where the service clock is as unforgiving as the one on the track.

Immersive F&B / 2026
A whimsical world, built bite by bite.
Somewhere between fever dream and precision theater. Willy Wonka, Candyland, a little delirium and a lot of detail. We turned surreal references into edible spectacle through R&D, presentation development, immersive styling and live execution. Not just a menu, not just decor: a whole atmosphere guests could move through, taste and remember.

Private celebration / Planning + event design
A golden goddess birthday.
Centered on new beginnings, this golden birthday celebrated the eternal creative power of the female divine. The design started with the guest of honor's dress, a Dior Haute Couture piece with an ancient, sculptural peplum cut in gunmetal and sparkling hues, and built outward into a Grecian world of gold, drawn from the same Athena that walked the Dior Spring 2020 couture runway. Planning and event design by April, with a culinary, cake and dessert team assembled for the night.
